Features:

• Centrifugal bowl and inlet & Outlet flow units are made of stainless steel AISI304
• Bowl & all highs-speed revolving components are dynamically balanced.
• All parts in contact with milk are made of Stainless Steel AISI 304.
• Lock ring of the bowl is made with special carbon steel with anti-corrosive treatment.
• Centrifugal clutch drive system for the smooth running of separator heavy cast iron base frame.
• Separator is supplied with foundation shock observing pads, spanner set, spare parts set & oil lubrication for the first charge.

Bowl assembly consists of a lower bowl part, distributor, separator discs, upper bowl part and a locking ring between upper and lower bowl parts.

All the contact parts are manufactured from stainless steel conforming to AISI-304 grade.

Drive assembly is underneath the bowl assembly with clutch and gears. A horizontal shaft is driven by the electric motor which in turn gives rotation to the vertical shaft held between high speed precision bearings.

Whole drive assembly is submerged in an oil bath for lubrication.

Lower part of the bowl is tightened over the upper threaded end of vertical shaft and held in place by a bowl nut with left hand (anticlockwise) threads which keeps it tightened as the bowl rotates clockwise.
